At One Strike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@onestrike.co with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Discounted or sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for returns).
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If rejected:

  • We will notify you of the reasons for the rejection, and you can choose to have the item shipped back to you (at your expense).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@onestrike.co with details and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please do the following:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing time can vary.
